Do you offer free quotation?
Yes, we would visit you at your property, understand your requirements, and our office would send you our detailed quotation within a few days. There is no pressure to purchase
Do you maintain installations?
Yes, we offer a full maintenance package to suit your requirements or any legislative or legal obligations you may have.
Do you offer finance?
Currently we do not offer finance, but if you call us 01252 844318 we may be able to discuss payment options with you.

Are you a start up?
No, Security Services has been trading for over 30 plus years. It has seen a change of management ownership in this time. We are a family business who has worked for security services for over 15 years.
Do you come to Reading?
Yes, we most certainly we cover Reading, Newbury, Swindon Oxford, Guildford, Andover, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Slough, Ascot, Camberley, London, essentially Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, London, all the areas around and in-between. We travel as far as we can still be cost effective to the client. If your not sure message us and we can let you know. But as a gauge 50 miles of our location, sometimes much further.
Can you offer monitored systems like on the tv?
Yes, we can, and unlike the tv, you own your system with us rather than rental, that may seem cheaper initially, but ends up far more expensive over the mid term. We offer monitored and non monitored systems, we also have a App by where you can control your systems remotely (so no worrying about did I set the alarm)
We have a requirement to have a call out service. Is this something you can offer?

Do you offer commercial installations?
Yes, 50% of our works are Commercial or Construction sites. We are fully accredited to work on both.

12 months warranty with repairs and carried out within 72 hours
Is there a demonstration of how to use the system before you leave?
Yes full training is given, engineers will not leave until your feel comfortable with the system. We are then available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns.
